Activating the Software
After purchasing or registering the software, you will receive your activation code via email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Obtaining an activation code
The activation code is a string consisting of numbers and letters. The activation code can activate the software’s main module and its individual modules as well. If you place an order, we will send the activation code to you by email. If you did not receive an activation code, please let us know! Activation codes can be used only once; in case of reinstallation, a new activation code is provided free of charge.
Ensuring internet connection
An internet connection is required for product activation. If you are unsure, please verify that you have an internet connection! After activation, the software does not require a continuous internet connection.
Activating the software
- From the main menu, select Product Activation.
- In the Product Activation window, enter the activation code you received.
- Click the Activate button. The program will report whether the activation was successful.

What to do if activation fails
- Code already used: If the program indicates that the code has already been used, request a new activation code.
- Check internet connection: Activation may fail if there is no internet connection.
- Check internet access permissions: It may happen that internet access for the software is blocked in the operating system. Verifying and lifting such a block requires administrator-level knowledge.
- Ask for help: If activation still fails, request remote assistance.
